"The excellent care that my mother received."

My Mother was admitted to Ward 12 at the beginning of July. During her stay she received care and attention beyond our families expectations. The Staff treated her in a professional manner, nothing was too much trouble, they even styled her hair, they treated my Mother as they would treat their own mother and in most cases grans. We were kept informed of her treatment and condition at all times. It was the simple things that meant so much, staff would say goodnight at the end of their shift, or Hello when they arrived. In particular Charge Nurse Fiona was so very kind, Sadly my Mother passed away last week. She said that she did not want to die alone or breathless, thanks to the wonderful staff of Ward 12 she did not. thank you all so very much.
