Needed to attend this breast clinic again - third visit in five years.

I've praised them before and am doing so again now.

I really like the way the staff treat us as human beings first and patients second.

Everyone - nurses, the radiographer, the radiologist and the excellent doctor are so good at putting people at ease and explaining procedures.

We'd all rather not have to go there, but it helps if staff show empathy and understanding, which they're all very good at. Thank you.
