What I liked
My husband got some grit in his eyes and our local GP surgery could not help on a Saturday morning, and it was Easter Bank Holiday too. We went to Queens. He was seen within an hour. The nurses dealt carefully with his painful eyes and removed the grit and gave us advice and ointment. He could not have been treated any better. It was excellent service.
