"Fantastic care"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Urology

I was very nervous about my operation but as soon as I arrived at the surgical admissions lounge my mind was put at rest. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The staff member who took me down for the surgery was so calm and full of fun. Kept my mind off of the surgery while waiting and was just so lovely. I wish I could remember their name. I stayed the night on montacute ward. It was a private room which was so lovely with a big window and en suite. The staff there were just brilliant. Looked after me and made me feel so welcome. So lucky to have such a fantastic hospital filled with kind and caring staff. Thank you
