Excellent service in the minor injuries unit in Wycombe hospital.

We attended because my wife had scratched her cornea. The staff member at the counter was obviously just about to finish their night shift, but this didn't affect them. They were polite, courteous and explained the process.

We sat in the waiting room which was immaculate and was being cleaned by a very thorough operative. We waited no more than 15 mins.

My wife was treated by a very friendly and approachable specialist. They explained the process and the treatments they were using and eased her concerns.

When the treatment was complete they continued to answer questions.
