"Mostly good"

This was maybe my fifth admission to Charlesworth Ward and by far the best. I was very poorly during this admission which left me on maximum observations for maybe five or six weeks and ended up on a section three. I was restrained a lot but as horrible as it was (always will be) I feel looking back that the staff did it appropriately and did their best to jeeo me safe by putting other measures in place too. They also worked with me towards my discharge date and didn't use my past history to predict my future. My only problem was my discharge. I was left with not a lot of community support even though in my ward round it was mentioned to see someone often and the ward mixed a lot of my medication up so I came home with out two for two and a half weeks (PRN and an anti-depresent) and got one dose from another med missed (My nightime quitipaine of 300mg) and this added extra stress on to me trying to sort it out which made my bad days after discharge, ever harder.

I am disappointed to hear that your discharge caused some complications for your with regard to medications and support provisions.
