"Trip to a n e"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

I called 111 who then advised a n e. On getting there I came over sick and feverish. I have badly hurt my knee and had to que for some time to sit. Why was only 1 register desk open? There were 3 people standing behind 2 other desks not doing anything. After registering I moved to a second desk by this time I was sweating and about to pass out. I was ignored for 5mins while the person looked at their computer and then passed me to someone else. My total time in a n e was 4 and half hrs at least 2 hrs to be seen then had xray this was v quick then had to wait another 2hrs to b seen not the hr indicated on screen. There needs to be more security in the hosp as in the waiting room 2 men came in with cans of beers they fell asleep on the chairs and weed all over the floor disgusting! !!
