From booking my appointment to being discharged after my procedure, the staff in this endoscopy department have been so helpful, caring and supportive. On occasions when I needed to phone the department for advice, they were very pleased to help and very knowledgeable. I was very anxious on arrival for my procedure, and the staff were so attentive and kind. It made the whole experience much easier. The department ran efficiently and all the staff were very professional. Receptionists were very friendly and gave a personal service. Thank you.
