"Very rude receptionist"

I finished work at 6, had very bad earache all day so decided to come and get checked out, as I arrived at 6.10pm the receptionist didn't want to book me in as they close at 6.30pm. Very rude and arrogant. Not the first time I have had a bad experience at this hospital. I would say avoid if you want to be treated with respect and dignity you deserve! Absolutely appalling. Where is the person centred care that is meant to be in place
