"Good Treatment"

I visited A & E on 1 September and had to be there for nine hours. I am not complaining about the wait, I had good treatment in a department that was extremely busy.
The staff who were there when I arrived and we're still there when I left, were pleasant, smiling even though they very busy.
They still found time to make sure I had had something to eat and drink.
While there I was seen by three doctors and numerous nurses, all of whom were friendly, efficient and caring. Thank you
