I transported my wife to the ACU and whilst waiting for her in the hospital i received a phone call from Security that I had locked my car but left the engine running. I was then able to return to the car park and switch the engine off (It went off with a button instead of the ignition key - stupid design) Car Park Security was able to find out who I was and my phone number within 40 minutes of my parking.
That is truly excellent service and the people involved deserve the highest praise
