cleanliness, the stairs were very dirty, there were coffee spilt on the stairs which had dryed up, the main ladys toilot bin was overflowing with rubbish the paper on the wall what the cleaners have to sighn and date had not been filled in since the 19.3.10.

Anything else?

The nurses lacked inn communication, my partner had to go get a nurse for the man opposite after he had pressed the button for the nurse 30 minutes prior, my partner had not been offered any pain killers or helped with the bed sheets at night and he had to struggler doing this as he has a broken ankle and had just had surgery. I know it is a high demanding job but its as if my partner was not there
