My daughter is still waiting for another appointment at queens to see her orthodontics dr...after her appointment has been cancelled *twice * on the morning of her appointments. Been waiting since march 2016 to hear as she badly needs to have braces fitted . Children are always making fun of her at school. They should have been fitted in 2015 but still waiting . Can never get through to make another appointment even though i was informed over the phone when they cancelled her appointment that a letter will be sent out asap with another appointment date .
