About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary / Accident and emergency

Not knowing what I should do after feeling very unwell and being away from home. My blood pressure monitors were not responding and I didn't know what I should do. From the moment I rang the helpline and being taken by Ambulance to accident and Emergency I was reassured and this continued during my time in the department. The staff were excellent , everything the various staff did for me was explained in term I understood and putting me at ease.

I can't thank them enough but to say a very big thank you to each and everyone of them. 31/8/2016
