rude, uncaring nurse taking a blood sample refused to contact the consultant to clarify the blood test to be done. Resulted in an incomplete blood test: I had to go to another hospital for a complete blood test. Result was a serous illness was detected, I had to go immediately into hospital. The delay in this test caused me considerable discomfort and aggravated the condition. Would not have a blood test in this hospital, rather go to NHS. Company response to my complaint was totally inadequate, business interest first, patient care second.
