"To say that I am unhappy is a massive..."

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

To put this bluntly I think the pregnancy department at Grimsby hospital was diabolical. To say I am unhappy with the help me and my partner received is a massive understaiment .My partner was pregnate for a second time after already having lost a child in previous months my partner start to feel in same symptoms again we contacted the midwife straight away. We was told there was nothing could be done to help her we then proceeded to contact the GP who tried to their credit to get her in for a scan and insisted to them it was an emergency . We was told we would have to wait 3 days for a scan The scan finally came we was told we would be rang we were contacted at 10 pm and told we had lost the baby I feel shocked at the lack of care that was given the manor in which she was treated even down to the way we were spoken to. The way in which the new was given was cold blunt and with no compassion to a young couple who have just been given the worst news possible . The midwife offed no advise to us and frankly sounded as if they couldn't care less I will never step foot in there a again it's very sad for me to have to right this message but if you read this I think anyone can understand the shock and pain we feel we are a hard working tax paying young couple who feel let down by people who are meant to look after and advise us I hope you teat other people better than you did us but frankly that won't be hard in one word discussing .
