"Care was second to none"

My grandmother has passed away today after spending four weeks on Shuttleworth ward. It wasn't the place we wanted her to end her days. However, the respect and dignity shown to her was faultless. The care for her daughter and myself were heartwarming. For the last few days of her life we sat with her around the clock. Always being offered refreshments and a friendly chat regularly. Not only were the nurses amazing and caring but also domestic staff. I really can't praise the tireless and selfless work all staff on this ward carry out. Thank you and keep up the excellent service being provided.
