Attended this clinic for first time yesterday for cervical screening, as my G.P surgery could not fit me in. Warm welcome from receptionist & all staff I saw smiled and acknowledged me. The Dr was friendly & ,put me at my ease immediately by introducing themselves and ensuring they had my history before going onto the procedure. Clearly expert in this field, the doctor managed the procedure, which is normally difficult with me,without too much trouble.Gave me some good advice regarding menopause,which I am following up.
