"Lied and treated like second class people"

I complained about the treatment my dad was given. I did not agree with a drain being taken out. In the afternoon a Dr came round and said my dad's drain in his stomach had to be kept in. That evening it was taken out. My dad phoned me upset because it was leaking and himself, bed and floor were soaked. I phoned the next day to complain, when I went to see my dad I was taken into the nurses office and when I told them if anything happened to my dad I would get lawyers involved, I was treated and spoken to horrible with the head nurse becoming annoyed with me.The head nurse said it was taken out because it had stopped draining it hadn't, she then said my dad had complained about being in pain, he hadn't. I told them they were lying. After that the nursing staff gave us dirty looks and refused to speak. The head nurse tried to get me to go into the office again but I refused. The staff treated us horrible from then on even the other patients agreed. For over a week more then 2 visitors where at my dad's bed along with other patients but suddenly today it wasn't allowed, although it was up to me complaining.
