"Could not have had better care"

Appointment with consultant within 3 weeks. First time visit. After reading reviews on parking, poor care was a little dubious - but! Pulled into car park space right in front of us. Walked into front entrance looking around trying to find bearings. Very pleasant member of staff approached and gave directions. Found outpatients following excellent directions. Staff on were very polite, friendly and helpful. Called in on time. Excellent consultant. Could not have had better care.
