"my visit 29 thAugust this year"

Receptionist on main reception, brilliant. I had just a consultation so I did not see much of the hospital but the consultant was running very late but this helped me because I got lost and was 5 mins late, the consultant was running about 15 mins behind.On leaving the consultant from the Pain dept I popped into the ladies and gents toilet ! Does not look as though it had been checked at all that day ie.

The trash bin for the waste paper towels etc was over full ! lid was ajar and paper tissues dangling outside the lid.

Now this bin is about 3 foot tall approx maybe more and to be packed with dirty rubbish strikes me no one checked it till it was cleaned in the morning- I reported this to the receptionist in that area - I do not know if the receptionist contacted the duty cleaner ? It was late say 8.30pm plus ? So no Brownie points this time and I was surprised to find this.
