"long wait but brilliant service"

About: Gravesham Community Hospital

Have visited Minor Injuries 3 times in 4 days due to bank holiday weekend. On two occasions had to wait two hours for attention but warned of delay and treatment needed. When seen received professional help, was dealt with courteously and nurse spent as much time as needed dealing with me. The treatment received was fully explained and aftercare advised to my complete satisfaction. My third visit was brief and I obtained an aid to ease my return to work. Overall very satisfied. Many thanks.
