"No Alternatives Offered for Under 25s"

I am 21 years old and was referred here for specialist treatment for emotionally unstable personality disorder, half way through treatment I was told the service would no longer be available to under 25s. As a result I was forced to cut my cbt short and when I enquired as to where services would be transferred to I was told staff didn't know and that it may well be outside of Birmingham which is entirely unsuitable. I have had no follow up and am still waiting to find out if I can be treated under the NHS.
