"Visiting"

Today whilst visiting a friend in hospital I approached a member of staff to ask the way to a particular ward, unfortunately I was in the main hospital when I should of been in the women's hospital. It was a particularly wet day and I am disabled, this member of staff escorted me through numerous corridors to the ward door.

I was extremely impressed to think this member of staff made time for me in what must be a very busy schedule of work, I would just like to say Thank you.
