I am a patient at Finchley Memorial hospital. Today is Wed 31/08/16, I am Robert Davis and I had an appointment for exercises today @ 1400. You had organised transport and after talking to a charming employee, I was told that the transport would collect me at 1300. My condition has worsened recently, so I felt I was really ready for attention. Apparently the arrangements for my collection were misunderstood. I am really upset, as you have now just sent me a text saying your appt has been cancelled. I have been eagerly awaiting to start these exercises, and now feel let down.
