The thought of going into hospital for the above was daunting and I had no real idea what to expect.
I have to say the care I received was amazing.
From the pre op diagnosis and assessment to the actual operation and aftercare all the staff were very professional, warm and caring and made me feel really comfortable.
From the consultant who made the time to talk to me pre op, post op and on the day I was leaving, to the nurses in the recovery room, ward and even the staff who bring the food and drinks around I was taken really good care of and fully understood all that was going on. I cannot thank everyone enough for making my stay so brilliant and for the way I saw them looking after other patients, some who needed lots more care and attention.
I will try though - Thank you to you all I really appreciated the way I was treated and looked after.
