Excellent first experience of giving birth. My birth had some difficulties but the two midwifes and student midwife that I experienced throughout my labour could not be faulted. They kept me and my birthing partners informed along every stage, helped me remain calm and eased any nerves and anxiousness I had. I had no idea what to expect of giving birth and they made the whole process a lot better for me; their care and professionalism was exceptional. The professionalism followed through when I was admitted to the ward following the birth, there was always someone on hand to help with any queries or concerns I had.
