"gp surgery is a disgrace"

Been in severe pain with my back for four days. Spent twenty mins on phone to gel through to reception to be told I had to have a phone call appointment at 9.20 luckily I was not at work. I'm a staff nurse that is not allowed to take my phone on the ward to wait for phone calls how ever this is what I'm expected to do.I Cant work my appointment around my shifts at work no that would be too easy. Then I get told that the doctor wont even see me which is a disgrace. Been Putin up with this pain for years and all I get in take a stronger pain killer and ill give you information sheet. You dont have any red flags so we woot investigate further. Being in constant agony taking time off work and not sleeping is red flags to me that I need something sorting. Basically just sort it my self as per usual. They say you will have to speak to your employers do you think they are going to be sympathetic and provide any help when my doctor wont
