"Poor service"

I have tried to get hold of the hospital for days now after my results, and no one is picking up the phone, there are no opening times on the website and poor service

Thank you for your posting and please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. We did have a fault on one of the telephone lines at St Marks Hospital. I contacted the Switchboard Supervisor and the fault was reported and rectified. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
