I was slightly apprehensive about visiting a walk-in surgery, but as my injury is non-urgent, I decided to visit this centre instead of a nearby hospital.
I was really impressed with the centre's efficiency: processing time (1hr 30 mins), treatment and advice.
The health practitioner/nurse who treated my bruised finger talked me through the procedure and provided me with helpful aftercare advice.
At each point of the process, the staff were professional and helpful.
