I was admitted to the Birch Ward, Cardiac Unit today for an Angiogram and possible Coronary Angioplasty. Every step from start to finish, 07.30 to 15.00, I was impressed. The doctor and staff were so helpful and attentive both before and after the procedure. In theatre the doctor and their staff were just as professional. I felt comfortable, all was explained before and after and my questions adequately answered. At no stage did I feel anxious. Exceptional is the only way I can rate the experience. Just sorry that I can't mention the names of all the staff who interacted with me during my time there.
