"Appointment cancelled but not told"

I took a day off work, drove 45 minutes each way, paid for two hours in the nightmare car park, to be told my doctor off with anxiety and my appointment cancelled. No apology but ring this number for the doctors secretary, 'you are not the only one'.

I rang the number to be told if you want to complain I'll transfer you. No apology. I was transferred but after being on hold for ages I gave up.
