Thank you to Yate Minor Injuries Unit (MIU), the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the place was immaculately clean.

I was referred to you for an X-ray a month ago, and my GP at Concord Medical is able to inform me of the result 6 days after the appointment. I am impressed with the speed of the turnaround, very efficient.

It was my first visit, the location is part of a shopping mall, pleasantly quiet with easy parking and all mod cons imaginable such as pharmacy and eating places. The online Yate website directions on how to get to the shopping centre were clear enough; however, for first time visitors, the signage for immediate locality for pedestrians within and around the shopping mall could be improved.
