"An amazing, caring team."

In light of the constant negative press regarding GPs and in particular reception staff, I feel compelled to leave a positive review, not just in relation to my appointment today but for the wonderful care received by myself and my family over the last 23 years. It is always worrying when you find yourself in need of an appointment, particularly when you need to see someone that day; the reception team at Chellaston/Melbourne always manage to ensure that when there is a genuine need, patients are attended to the same day, whether it be an initial triage phone appointment, an appointment with a GP, or seeing a Nurse Practitoner. A routine appointment is harder to make, but then if it is non urgent, with some organisation you can always be seen by your doctor of choice. The online booking system is brilliant. As a family, fortunately, we do not have to visit a doctor very often, but the comfort and reassurance of knowing when we do need to go, we are fortunate enough to have this wonderful practice. The receptionists at Chellaston are brilliant and put your mind at rest straight away. The kindness and understanding that I have been shown over the years by two doctors has also got me through some very difficult times, but in all honesty I have never had a bad experience with any doctor. Thank you so much for being there when we need you.
