My name is Ramya Perera, had my cataract operation on Saturday, I must say from start to the end experience excellent, I never had Saturday going to hospital, I was treated like queen staff friendly, no stressed out, it was bright sunny day, happy, relax, dignity, compassion and respect. I am very impressed, that's the way to do care, if some one become a doctor, nurse, care asst, porter it doesn't matter, we are not born as what ever, born as human and we choose to do a job, with compassion and make some happy, cure and get back to life with happy memories, I had with my husband very bad experience inRoyal sussex hospital, I coo plainer and I hope care improved, it depends on care system procedures and other factories, most important fact is care for sick people who come to hospital trusting and take the good thoughts home. I want say thank you for the eye hospital 27 Saturday staff including, consultant and the rest, I wish them very best. Keep up the good work, show the whole world you are the best team in NHS.😃 Ramya Perera
