"A welcome to care"

Becoming a patient at Hall Green Health recently has been the best thing to happen to me in a long time - because they care, really care! I have seen a Doctor who listened, a receptionist who went the extra mile to get me an appointment for a blood test and BP check, to suit my working hours, and paperwork for an x-ray tomorrow, and all within a week of joining.How different from my last practice where, in 5 years, never had a blood test, BP check or medication review, just a Doctor who said the they 'expected it was all alright'.Sitting in reception and listening to some patients complaining and moaning, i was tempted to take to the floor and shout out loud - 'You don't know how lucky you are'.I do hope that many people will read this and take heed.Well done!
