"Ent pre assessment prior to surgery"

About: Southampton General Hospital

Had to have a pre assessment prior to ent surgery on 9th September 2016. I've previously had a bad experience at this hospital by staff members so I've cancelled my operation as a matter of protest in the sense of why should I be forced to having an operation at this hospital when I don't want it done there. I've tried to explain my reasons why, no one is interested it's a numbers game and I get a feeling someone's under pressure as to why I've been waiting for such a long time for this procedure nevertheless I remain adamant I will not step one foot in this hospital even if my life depended on it and will continue to suffer in silence patients wishes are not respected!!!
