First impressions: the hospital was easy to find and I easily managed to drop my relative off at the main entrance. I parked in one of many disabled spaces nearby (with blue badge). We found Ambulatory Care easily and all staff we met en route asked if we needed help. The waiting room and assessment room were small, quiet and clean. Obs were done, and the inevitable wait (as we were not that urgent) was alleviated by sandwiches and drinks being provided and a radio playing. The necessary scan was efficiently done and I cannot fault the doctor and nurse who explained the diagnosis and treatment. We were treated respectfully and kindly throughout. (The only niggle was a slight lack of communication as to where we should be at one point). Overall we felt in safe, expert hands.
"Safe, expert diagnosis and treatment"
