I am attending this hospital on a regular basis due to having fertility treatment. N first and foremost I would like to say how great the doctors and the misscarriage clinic are! Cannot fault them on their dedication and compassion in helping with my situation. However the receptionists have no compassion what so ever!! They are rude and degrading and have no patience when talking to myself on the phone. Why work in customer service if you clearly do not like dealing with people??!! It's a shame because the hospital itself is great, and the only let down is the staff who answer the phones. I dread calling up to ask the simplest of questions, because my answer is always curt and uninterested. I myself work in customer service and would never dream of talking to people this way!
