"Great staff"

I am a person that will complain if something is not correct but equally will say thank you when needed. This time I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that we've encountered this last week, from MDU, EAU and the acute cardiac ward (Dedham) . Whilst extremely busy they always found time to speak to us on what was happening with investigations and procedures and always with a smile. You all deserve a gold medal. Thank you.
