"Accident and emergency"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency

Reception staff had no people skills whatsoever. Put it like this it certainly does not reflect what the sign above your reception desk states. It certainly does not exceed expectations. Turned up with my son who had hurt his ankle quite badly falling down stairs only to be told by reception staff that there was nothing they could do. That was without even seeing any medical staff at all. Makes me wonder what we are paying our taxes for so much for NHS reform!!!
