"Provide information and updates on waiting times"
Attended on bank holiday Monday and expected to wait. However there was no information provided at all on how long the wait was - I did overhear when other patients waiting asked that it was 3 hour plus wait. Surely information and updates on waiting times should be provided - a visual display or even verbal updates. We had no idea either the number of Doctors, Nurses or ENPs/ACPs who were in the department. Most other departments/out-patients facilities provide this type of information which is so helpful. The total lack of communication left me feeling very dissatisfied and ultimately uncared for....it's easy to fix.
