What I liked
I gave birth to my daughter on LDRP after being induced 4 weeks early for pre-eclampsia.
It was a really busy period but still all of the midwives and nursing staff were excellent, I felt completely confident in the care before, during and after my daughters birth. Even if I were to suffer no complications in further pregnancies and were eligable to deliver on a birth centre I would choose Calderdale LDRP, the facilities and staff were all fantastic, I cannot thank them enough. Being induced was my biggest fear but the team did everything they could to make the experience a positive one and help me achieve the labour and birth that I wanted, which was as natural as possible.
What could be improved
Nothing
Anything else?
I would reccomend to anyone, and the journey, even from the Holme Valley was not as bad as I thought it would be after much media attention
