After having my wife taken to hospital yesteday and following behind in our car all I wanted to do on arrival was to park and be with her no problem so far. when we left after 5hrs in wheelchair all we wanted to do was pay parking and get home as soon as possible this is where everything went wrong went to payment point spoke to attendant through machine only to be told it will only take cash, in this day and age, no help given. of I go to find cash point eventually we pay and can leave very poor service indeed
