Made an appointment for telephone triage with local GP. I have to wait until Doctor rings me some time in the morning. Of course they can ring me on my mobile, but who wants to discuss gynae problems in the middle of Asda!
I had a parcel delivered recently and I knew within 30 mins when it would be delivered. why can't a similar system work at GP's
It would be good if there was a more specific time slot offered for example hourly.
