"Minor Injuries Unit"

About: Montagu Hospital

28.08.16 My husband had suffered a head injury earlier in the week which had been treated at Bassetlaw, then tbe DRI both with lengthy waiting times as so busy.

Felt worried about the wound today so took him to Mexborough to see if somebody could check it as Bank Holiday weekend.

We were first greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked whether my husband could be seen as his treatment had started elsewhere. An extremely professional and friendly nurse cleaned and redressed the wound and gave excellent advice too.

We only waited about 5 mins before being seen and were extremely satisfied with the help given.

This was not our first visit to this hospital and each time has been an excellent experience.

I should add, parking is always easy and much cheaper than other hospitals.
