I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a blood test.,I wasn't feeling ill & had a book, but I saw people who were obviously unwell somebody sitting next to me had to leave as she had to collect her child.....is it not possible to have an extra Phlebotomist on duty when so many people are waiting?
