"Visit to A&E"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

On arrival we were totally ignored by the initial assessment person. They just sat at the computer, did not even speak to acknowledge us and ask us to wait while they finished typing something.

Passed on to second person, who decided it was more important to laugh and joke with colleagues and share a bag of nuts rather than record details.

Not exactly a professional welcome at all.

Reception area was dirty, toilet doors wedged open by cleaners. Not really hygienic.
