"Very poor service from doctor"

Recently referred to skin clinic for consultation. Dr did not even acknowledge me or give me any eye contact throughout the appointment. The doctor did not inform me of diagnosis even when asked. I asked re treatment and the doctor was not interested in explaining options or asking me if I was ok with plan. This left me doubting the doctor's skills and ability. Am now left asking for a second opinion elsewhere
