I feel my consultant always takes time to explain everything very clearly and consider my point of view, even when the clinic is very busy. I have the utmost confidence in this consultant, whom I feel that is absolutely meticulous about the standard of care I receive. The secretary is very kind and approachable too and in my experience that always speaks volumes about attitudes in the team.
